A Day in the Life
As a Master Scheduler at our Operations plant in Funza, you will be the key person to orchestrate production and ensure we meet the needs of our markets. Reporting to the Planning Manager, your mission will be to translate demand into a robust and achievable production plan, guaranteeing the operational excellence that sets us apart.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To design and manage the master production plan with a 12-month horizon, collaborating with MSL teams and Production Units (UPs) to distribute the plant's capacity and meet 100% of country requirements.
- To conduct daily monitoring of the plan's execution, tracking key performance indicators to ensure plant efficiency and performance.
- To strategically integrate new launches into the production plan, coordinating with the Launch department to ensure flawless execution.
- To establish and communicate production priorities, balancing the needs of launches with resource availability to optimize workflow.

We are looking for a professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with experience in logistics areas such as demand planning, supply planning, or production. You are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
