The Consumer Product Divisions holds the world’s #1 beauty brand with L’Oréal Paris, the #1 makeup brand with Maybelline New York, the #1 natural brand with Garnier, and NYX Professional Makeup. The CPD division is L’Oréal groups largest division made up of 30k employees worldwide.

We are currently recruiting a National Account Manager on a 9 month fixed term contract, commencing from January 2025 to support our Consumer Products Division and overseeing the successful growth of this account.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Build joint business plans with the account/s and contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
  • Build, accurate forecasts and achieve the account/s results: turnover, market share, profit.
  • Prepare and lead account/s negotiations.
  • Implement division and channel strategy through action plans, ensuring execution and tracking down to store level and sell-out.
  • Create a retailer-specific development plan and a compelling story to gain retailer buy-in.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer intelligence and build a strong network with key stakeholders. 
  • Understand and cater to diverse customer profiles, promoting customer-centricity. 
  • Work closely with other departments such as Supply, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless collaboration.


ABOUT YOU

  • You have previous experience within a similar role, in the beauty category or the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Be a natural collaborator with the ability to foster account growth. 
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Showcase great influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Have the ability to work in partnership with accounts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
