Replenishment Controller x 2 (DC)

A Day in the Life You will report directly to the Inventory & Masterdata Manager at the Centurion Distribution Centre and lead end-to-end floor replenishment operations. 

• Replenishment Execution: manage daily Manhattan WMS-driven replenishment tasks, prioritise work and ensure on-floor stock availability.
• Floor Operations Leadership: oversee drivers, put-away teams and MHE pool; assign work areas, coach operators and maintain safety and compliance.
• Systems & Reporting: operate Manhattan WMS at expert level (>2 years), resolve exceptions unsure that the replenishment of waves is done accurately and timeously.
• Continuous Improvement: perform root-cause analysis, implement process improvements and adapt team setup based on staffing/volume.

We Are Looking For You are a hands-on, pro-active operations controller who can lead a team to deliver flawless replenishment in a high-volume DC. Required skills:

• Manhattan WMS (expert, 2+ years)
• Inventory & Replenishment Management
• Operations Leadership & Team Supervision
• Data Analysis & KPI Reporting
• Floor Operations & Material Handling Coordination Essential: Matric. Supply chain qualification advantageous. Forklift license an advantage. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work required.
