Your mission
As a jr. Retail Specialist, you will collaborate with and support the Retail Manager to manage and improve the retail outlet business
Your Key activities and responsibilities
- Retail Manager support
- Reporting
- Analyze results KPI’s
- Analyze center traffic
- Create presentations (powerpoints)
- Support on optimal store staff planning
- Support on outlet openings / refits
- Financial operations
- PO management / workflow
- Suppliers coordination
- Follow up accounting rent, service, marketing, energy, etc.
- Retail Operations
- Promo planning, marketing calendar (monthly, quarterly, yearly.
- Price management (new items).
- Price and promotion set-up in MARS.
- In-store merchandising plan, in-store vsiuals, POS materials
- 360° communication on key business moments (Valentine, Sun Care, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas, SALE, etc)
- Facility and EHS point of contact
- L&P analysis and follow-up
- Record store procedures / creation of store manuals
- Collaboration / Partnership
- Align store marketing calendars with center calendars / events
- Update center websites
Our ideal candidate:
- Has a masters degree and has 1-3 years experience in operations/finance
- Is perfectly fluent in English and Dutch or French
