A Day in the Life
As our Inventory Manager based at the Dandenong Distribution Centre, you will be the key driver of inventory integrity and efficiency. You will lead the charge in optimizing our stock levels to ensure product availability while managing costs and supporting our ambitious growth.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Inventory Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, overseeing stock accuracy, and managing cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Drive Performance: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and mitigate risks of overstock or stock-outs, ensuring we meet our service level targets.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Demand Planning, Logistics, and brand teams to align on forecasts, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Champion Improvement: Continuously improve inventory management processes and systems to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic individual with a proven track record in inventory management. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at using data to drive decisions.
You're a great match if you have:
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management or a similar supply chain role.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and process optimization.
