  • Lead the execution of the PPD commercial strategy in sales territory.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to business partners to achieve targets.
  • Lead strong new customer recruitment strategy for sales territory. 
  • Own and manage the Chemist Warehouse account, overseeing all aspects.
  • Lead Synergy Retailer including promotional calendar, trading terms and pricing.
  • Manage the Rodney Wayne Head Office account, present all updates across brands and ensure execution. 
  • Actively contribute to developing and refining sales strategies.
  • Assist in sales budget preparation and provide performance insights.
  • Ensure successful achievement of key account sales budgets.
  • Ensure timely ranging and distribution of new and existing products.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with buyers and owners.
  • Proactively address their needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Take ownership of Stock in Trade, conducting monthly reviews.
  • Collaborate with finance and supply chain on stock management.
  • Provide sales trend analysis and commercial sales builds.
  • Effectively communicate critical business information internally.

About You

  • Requires strong key account management expertise and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must be highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for beauty.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in key account and commercial management is needed.
  • Experience at sales head office and field sales levels is required.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proven negotiation skills are a must.
  • Solid understanding of Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) is needed.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial thinking are vital.
