We're looking for an experienced Vendor Replenishment Planner - Pharmacy to join L’Oréal. Reporting to the Key Account Supply Chain Manager - Pharmacy, this role is pivotal in building strong, collaborative relationships with our customers. You’ll provide exceptional service for our customers by executing with excellence, sharing insights, and driving continuous improvement across the Supply Chain.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Work with internal teams to deliver customer orders in-full and on-time.
- Be the key contact for operational topics with the customer, ensuring timely and effective resolution of topics raised.
- Utilise internal and customer reports to track Supply Chain performance, and take action when opportunities arise to strengthen performance.
- Lead customer collaboration meetings to share insights on current Supply Chain performance and align on upcoming ordering plans.
- Identify and deliver upon continuous improvement projects to further optimise key areas (such as forecast alignment, physical distribution, transport, event planning) by working closely with key internal and external stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- Are customer-focused, service-oriented, and passionate about driving optimisation.
- Have experience working closely with customers in an FMCG or Supply Chain environment.
- Excel at building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders
- Bring an analytical mindset to manage detail and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate priorities, risks, and opportunities.
- A flexible, results-oriented approach will set you apart in this dynamic role.
