A Day in the Life

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the world’s #1 beauty company? As a Trade Channel Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Category Business Development team, driving growth and innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Category Lead, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful strategies and elevate the consumer experience.

 

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

 

  • Drive Growth: Develop and implement category strategies for a specific channel, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to maximize performance and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Develop Winning Commercial Plans: Partner with Key Account/National Account Managers to design and execute innovative commercial plans, optimizing local Go-to-Market and Sales strategies.
  • Influence the Market: Monitor market trends and analyze customer/consumer data to develop competitive and effective strategies, defining specific growth plans for the channel.
  • Elevate the Consumer Experience: Design and execute in-store promotional activities to create engaging and memorable shopping experiences for our consumers.
  • Collaborate with a Successful Team: Work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.

 

We Are Looking For

You’re a great match for this role if you have:

 

  • Experience: 5+ years in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. Previous experience as a Key Account is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with strong project management capabilities.
  • Influencing Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes effectively.
  • Shopper Expertise: Knowledge of shopper-based design, sales fundamentals, and guidelines for assortments and promotions.
  • Execution Focus: Ability to provide clear guidance to the sales team to drive in-store execution.
  • Leadership & Drive: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong self-motivation, and prioritization skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
