TALENT AND DEVELOPMENT LEADER
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO BE IMMERSE IN?
- Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive talent management programs.
- Develop L&D metrics, performance measures, reporting, and analysis to meet business needs.
- Oversee onboarding processes and learning path follow-up activities.
- Lead the Talent Review & Succession Planning process, promoting development conversations and successors mapping for key positions.
- Lead the design and implementation of the Development Program Offering aligned to meet the identified needs of the Talent Pool employees at all career levels.
- Conduct surveys, assessments, and feedback sessions to measure the effectiveness of Talent and Development programs and adjust as necessary.
- Conduct performance improvement reviews.
- Experience in internal and external audits.
- Budget Management follow-up and review.
- Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels and departments.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a readily available pool of talent.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key sourcing metrics, analyze data to measure effectiveness, and provide regular reports on sourcing activities and progress.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition teammates, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing and HR team to enhance our employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in talent, development or learning. Working.
- Advanced knowledge of the structure and content of English and Spanish language.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees at all levels in the organization.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- End-to-end knowledge of Learning/Training/T.A Life Cycle.
- Experience leading teams of 2+ direct reports.
