Senior Brand Manager
On the role you will be:
- Responsible for Lancôme skincare category for Polish & Baltics markets building consumer knowledge and competitive analysis by Axe, Franchise, Product, working closely with the data & insights team.
- Build brand equity and corresponding strategy for products & categories, including pricing and distribution recommendation
- Proposing and monitoring marketing mix strategies to build integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences (with growing focus on digital & influencers)
- Implementing global communication materials and work close with communication and engagement teams on local relevancy based on consumer and market profile.
- Develope the annual product plan addressing O+O principles leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty
- Own the responsibility of forecasting for new launches, from competitor benchmarking to working closely with Supply Planning and Sales
- Analyze performance, tracking ROI and working closely with finance on the profitability of products range
- Manage given budget: follow price strategy & profitability of the category, A&Ps management

- Have at least 6 years of experience in Brand/Product management gained in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG), where power brands are part of your everyday work
- Have passion, interest in and understanding of skincare category and/ or luxury brand management environment
- Are experienced in and have proven success in driving local relevancy for the brand especially in advocacy and digital area.
- Are experienced in leading data driven brands and have strong market data analytical skills
- Are/have been working in an international environment and managing complexity is a part of your everyday work
- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking
- Are a creative thinker, always looking for innovative ways to engage consumers, and enhance the brand experience.
- Being proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Fluency in English and Polish
