A Day in the Life


As Retail Activation Manager, you'll be driving the growth of our global brands across all offline retailer channels in the thriving makeup market, across the GCC region. Reporting to the Brand GM, you'll play a key role in connecting our brands with our consumers through driving the overall visibility within our offline retailers. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend both creative flair with strategic thinking, turning exciting ideas into impactful retail activations and bringing the brands to life across the countries of the GCC region. From showcasing our extensive range of products and launching key innovation, to ensuring the best brand expression at point of purchase, the outputs of this role are directly linked to driving brand performance and market share results.

 

  • Activation planning: plan the road to market, design the activation, adapt from international to local, consumer centricity
  • Strategy & Planning: Support Retail Activation Manager in developing and implementing innovative retail activations, aligned with the brand vision and marketing objectives.
  • Partnership & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with external agencies and designers, as well as internal stakeholders across multiple functions - collaborating on launches, in-store experiences, and new store openings.
  • Creative Execution: Oversee the design and execution of in-store displays, events, and promotions, ensuring strong brand equity and engaging experiences for our consumers.
  • Budget Management: Support in managing the retail budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and internal stakeholder alignment to ensure sustainable and profitable growth on the brands.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators, providing data-driven insights post retail activations and new store openings, to optimize future projects.
