MISSION
In charge of recommending the right education organization, piloting the omnichannel education strategy, measuring efficiency and educational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- PERFORMANCE
- Sets up and coordinates the omnichannel education plan with the brands
- Deploys omnichannel education model based on client’s segmentation (online, offline)
- Defines the right organization (educators & freelancers)
- With provided tools (BRIGHT)analyzes the quantitative & qualitative education KPIs and re-adapts the education strategy
- Builds an annual omnichannel O+O education plan in coordination with the various actors (Brands, Key Accounts education, regional education managers)
- Organizes and orchestrates alignment meetings between teams, brands and trade teams
- Responsible for analyzing education activity and making recommendations
- Proposes, pilots and analyzes relevant education indicators
- Analyzes and makes recommendations from headquarters dashboards on Access, LPS & social media
- Proposes, management and analysis of KPis for bonuses related to the activity
- Reports education analyzes to inter teams
- In charge of Education P&L shift

- Works with BI Team to allocate BI time for Education KPIs tracking
