A Day in the Life
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be a central pillar of our HR team, dedicated to creating a seamless and positive employee experience. You will act as the go-to expert for HR administrative processes, ensuring every stage of an employee's journey is managed with process, efficiency, and precision.
- Champion Employee Support: You will be the first point of contact for employees, handling queries on contracts, leave, and onboarding, off boarding etc. You'll manage requests through our case management system, ensuring every issue is resolved in a timely and helpful manner.
- Drive HR Excellence: You will manage all administrative tasks of the employee lifecycle, from generating contracts and managing onboarding to maintaining accurate employee data in our HR systems and ensuring payroll-related records are flawless.
- Foster Collaboration and Improvement: You will work closely with other HR experts in areas like Payroll, Mobility, and Rewards to solve complex cases. You'll also be a catalyst for change, identifying opportunities to improve our processes, policies and tools to enhance the employee experience.
- Uphold Data Integrity: You will be a guardian of our employee data, ensuring all processes comply with L’Oréal’s standards and local laws. You'll support data audits and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy in our systems.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual with a talent for navigating complex processes and a commitment to operational excellence. An ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a dynamic MNC environment and is skilled at building collaborative relationships.
You're a great match if you have:
- A solid background in HR Operations or a similar environment, with proven expertise in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as SuccessFactors/SAP and any case management tools like ServiceNow will be a PLUS.
- A collaborative spirit, with experience working effectively across different HR functions.
- An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring absolute precision in documentation and system records.
- The resilience and agility to manage a high volume of operational tasks while communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Able to work from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM, supporting end markets across different time zones
