Key Responsibilities


  • B2C monthly KPI tracking/analysis (EC performance, Perfect Execution, Media dashboard etc.)
  • Lead support digital tool development launch (Media dashboard, SPACE, etc.)
  • Communicate and problem solve regularly with markets on guidelines/business dynamics/challenges
  • Best practices collection consolidation
  • Transformation project support
  • Key event support (B2C Workshop, WWM presentation, DAS, etc.)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, educational major unrestricted
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience
  • Digital ecommerce/Media/Data analytics experience preferred
  • Hair/Beauty/Luxury/FM CG background preferred
  • Experience managing business in minimum 1 of the North Asia markets preferred


Skill and capability

  • Strong experience and understanding of Ecommerce and Media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Mandarin English
  • Highly self-directed and organized, ability to run multi-projects at the same time
  • Ability to prioritize and balance different stakeholders needs5.
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Cultural sensible and respectful
