Key Responsibilities
- B2C monthly KPI tracking/analysis (EC performance, Perfect Execution, Media dashboard etc.)
- Lead support digital tool development launch (Media dashboard, SPACE, etc.)
- Communicate and problem solve regularly with markets on guidelines/business dynamics/challenges
- Best practices collection consolidation
- Transformation project support
- Key event support (B2C Workshop, WWM presentation, DAS, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, educational major unrestricted
- Minimum 8 years of work experience
- Digital ecommerce/Media/Data analytics experience preferred
- Hair/Beauty/Luxury/FM CG background preferred
- Experience managing business in minimum 1 of the North Asia markets preferred
Skill and capability
- Strong experience and understanding of Ecommerce and Media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Mandarin English
- Highly self-directed and organized, ability to run multi-projects at the same time
- Ability to prioritize and balance different stakeholders needs5.
- Strong team player
- Fluent in Microsoft tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
