Summary of the role:

Coffret campaign prep 

Work internally and with the customer to build weekly transport phasing file for Boots, TPS, TFS, SD, monthly for Premium department stores and Ecom.

Boots Coffret – managing all Coffret provisional transport booking forms and alignment on master data compliance.

Coffret order tracker for the rest of the accounts.

Support KASCM on TPS, TFS, SD.


Key Responsibilities:

Coffret delivery plan executed whilst managing business risks and customer expectation.

0 failed boots provisional bookings for Boots and OTIF is maximised. 

0 non-compliance ambition to deliver Coffret 100% OTIF

Through Coffret customer trackers risk of customer cancelling the orders is minimised

Customer coffret plan managed with the customer closely to minimise Q3 turnover risks and delivery to targets.   

Providing visibility on deliveries for key customers > increased customer satisfaction
