Job Title: Media & Digital Manager – Yves Saint Laurent - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Develop & execute media strategy to reinforce the brand positioning in the market while ensuring marketing and communications to be in line with each other and towards developing consumer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage media investment regarding the brand's annual marketing budget, A&I, and ecommerce.
- Strategic planning of media mix for brand and product campaigns utilizing all possible media touchpoints.
- Ensure cross-media efficiency and close tracking of results to challenge media agency (including innovative mechanisms)
- Ensure an outlook among the local competitors and other industries: trends, intelligence, and experimentation. Share best practices and monitor local media performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition.
- Lead digital projects to enhance customer engagement.
Improve consumer experience and maximize the impact of media through the analysis and the management of all interactions/touch points in line with the brand’s/project’s DNA and objectives.
- Identify all the touch points consumers encounter, their operational purpose, and their role in the consumer experience.
- Use analytics to track and understand the consumer experience across channels (Web, Mobile, Social Network, and Media)
- Assess each touch point’s effectiveness in terms of achieving its intended purpose against both business and consumer experience objectives.
- Connect with the entire entity ecosystem (General Management, Marketing, IT, Finance)
- Bring innovation and is always forefront of the new media frontiers and experimentation such as precision advertising.
- In charge of creative direction for media asset development and management
Roll out the brand’s digital activities and ensure its consistency with the brand's sense of purpose.
- Develop and execute digital online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive transactions for sales growth
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of experience : Over 5 years
- Experience :
- Cosmetic company experience is preferred.
- Connecting and interpersonal skill, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills: Proficiency in MS office
