Job Title: E-Key Account Manager – La Roche-Posay - LDB
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with customer to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s exposure.
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with customers
- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, crm…)
- Identify new market trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current customers
- Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
- Analyze and interpret partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
- Create and design visual concept/contents to animate in a consistent customer path
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales planning, or a related role within the FMCG industry. Experience with beauty products is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to develop and manage sales plans and forecasts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Stays up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors
- Conducts Win-Win negotiation/ Monitors sell-in & sell-out excellence
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Year of Experience : 3~7 years
- Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in the beauty industry or FMCG industry
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English.
- Other Skills: Proficient with MS Office
