To conduct and implement eMarketing campaigns for the e-platform and strongly collaborate with commercial and Marketing teams to achieve e-retailer / brand sales targets.
 
 E-Marketing
 ●  Stay up to date with the beauty market, consumers & competitors, and highly connected working knowledge of the e-retailers.
 ●  Gain customer understanding through on-hand data, contributing to the overall analysis of the full consumer journey from consideration to purchase.
 ●  Conduct e-platform-specific eMarketing festival campaigns, respecting the company's commercial direction, strategy, and delivery brand equity.
 ●  Analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs (GMV, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AUS, New/Buyers)
 ●  Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and EC activities
 ●  Manage budget and ROI for eMarketing activities
 ●  Ensure well user experience of the e-platform, including design, aesthetics, content, navigation, and branding, by checking out KPI performance and promotional results.
 
 EC Media
 ●  Work closely with the media agency to conduct specific e-platform festival media campaigns and drive quality traffic to the e-platform and optimize E-Media KPIs (CPC, ROAS, New Buyers)
 ●  Develop a clear and effective consumer full-funnel activation strategy, journey, and actions with onsite and offsite media mix to maximize traffic and key KPIs.
 ●  Execute online sales activities, monitor, and further enhance online sales KPIs.
 
 e-Merchandising
 ●  Collaborate with e-designer using consumer/analytics insights to conduct e-merchandising plans and content to further drive business results.
 ●  Merchandise based on current and forecasted sales objectives, key festivals, and website data.
Other:
Digital Media Planner/Optimiser and E-Commerce Platform experience is a plus
