Main mission:
Owner of Brand Marketing Strategy across all channels
Protect and grow brand equity, product portfolio across all executions and touchpoints
Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
Ownership of the brand strategy and vision
- Develops the omnichannel brand strategy in a B2B, B2C and business centric approach
- Develops a growth plan and implements, including price strategy
- Develop overall product launch plan while validate campaigns, ensures brand equity consistency across touchpoints
- Supervise O+O marketing plan and cycle, align with entities
- Supervises POS, Salon strategies
- Supervises Communication/Media plan
- Supervises Media / Advocacy and Education plan
Product portfolio management & communication
- Prepare launches plans, briefings and reportings with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage sales forecasts with channel owners
- Create forecasts for new products, launches
- Manage A&P in agreement with the deputy GM of the division
Team development
- Manage marketing team, including product team
- Build a high performance team and create a collaborative, inclusive place to work
Collaboration
Work with local corporate team, regional (Zone), global teams (DMI) to share and adapt activations, frames

Leadership role and people management
Haircare and color category and brand building
Financial knowledge (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
Omnichannel consumer journey marketing
Media planning and executional knowledge
Research and market data analysis
Business level to fluent English
Experience in B2B ecosystem with preferebly also B2C experience.
