Working in Sales means understanding the target market and having a critical and strategic eye on it. Every day, analysis and strategy come together to anticipate needs and trends, but above all to make online and offline experiences tailored to our consumers, who have always been at the center of the universe of our 36 international brands.
In L'Oréal, the Sales department embraces a wide range of activities: from purely analytical ones to more strategic ones, always keeping the sales force on field in mind.
Our Operations squad is on a mission to deliver peak performance by seamlessly blending quality, traceability, and environmental stewardship across the entire Supply Chain. From predicting trends to procurement, logistics, customer care, project management, and financial wizardry, we're the engine behind keeping our 36 cherished brands readily accessible both online and offline.

- Be able to sign an internship agreement with the same university for a full-time contract during 6 months;
- Degree in Management/Finance/Engineering or similar;
- Excellent analytical skills and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint);
- An entrepreneurial approach and the energy to carry out projects with agility, achieving challenging business objectives;
- An international mind-set and excellent knowledge of English and Spanish;
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, willingness to learn and grow.
