  • Shape and implement the digital business strategy for a portfolio of international brands, ensuring seamless omni-channel execution

  • Drive e-commerce expansion and profitability, defining and optimizing growth levers across D2C, marketplaces and retail media
  • Lead the digital marketing agenda including content excellence, CRM &personalization, influencer and social commerce acceleration
  • Develop and empower high-performing digital teams, enabling knowledge transfer, innovation mindset and cultural transformation


REQUIRMENTS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY 

Proven digital + commercial results orientation of > 15 years of working experience, conveying innovation and a “can-do” approach, as shown by:  

  • Strong performance in digital marketing & e-commerce, achieving significant sales uplift and driving ROI-based initiatives.
  • Collaborative partnership with sales, marketing and key customers, jointly executing business acceleration plans. 
  • Entrepreneurialdrivedevelopinglong-termbusinessopportunitiesandreadinessto take calculated risks.

Competency in leading teams with generosity, as shown by:  

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a global organization, interfacing with local and international executives
  • Great people development & motivation skills, with a passion for growing talent in multicultural environments
  • Fluency in English is required. Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Retail or Luxury is a strong plus

Consumer orientation, sustainability mindset and digital savviness, as shown by:  

  • Ability to shape and articulate a winning digital roadmap in competitive and fast-evolving markets 
  • Mastery of data, insights and analytics to drive personalization, loyalty and customer life time value
  • Alignment with L’Oréal For The Future sustainability commitments in consumer experiences and business activations.
  • Capability in stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing, as shown by: Success aligning diverse partners and decision makers behind ambitious growth plans
  • Ability to communicate with impact at all levels, empowering teams and accelerating transformation
