Proven digital + commercial results orientation of > 15 years of working experience, conveying innovation and a “can-do” approach, as shown by:
- Strong performance in digital marketing & e-commerce, achieving significant sales uplift and driving ROI-based initiatives.
- Collaborative partnership with sales, marketing and key customers, jointly executing business acceleration plans.
- Entrepreneurialdrivedevelopinglong-termbusinessopportunitiesandreadinessto take calculated risks.
Competency in leading teams with generosity, as shown by:
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a global organization, interfacing with local and international executives
- Great people development & motivation skills, with a passion for growing talent in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English is required. Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Retail or Luxury is a strong plus
Consumer orientation, sustainability mindset and digital savviness, as shown by:
