A Day in the Life
As the Assistant Social Manager for Lancôme, you’ll report to the Head of Brand and collaborate with key stakeholders across Education, Marketing, Online, Media, and CRM teams. You’ll be at the heart of Lancôme’s social and advocacy strategies, ensuring our brand shines across platforms and resonates with our audience.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Social Media Management:
- Build and execute content calendars for Facebook, Website, and YouTube (if activated), aligned with marketing staging and briefs.
- Brief and monitor social awareness ads to optimize media performance.
- TikTok Strategy:
- Develop and execute content calendars (DMI, brand events, paid KOL, UGC) for TikTok.
- Lead content direction and campaign briefing for TikTok affiliate initiatives.
- Advocacy & KOL Management:
- Design and deploy advocacy plans (social, KOL, PR) to meet campaign KPIs.
- Monitor SOI reports via Trackker and update KOL rate cards monthly.
- Scout and manage KOLs for brand events, build long-term relationships with ambassadors, and oversee payments and product barter.
- Work closely with agencies and CDMO to stay updated on the latest metrics and trends.
- Provide monthly reports to the zone and managers.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are detail-oriented with a strong sense of logic and organization.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with KOLs.
- Are passionate about beauty and have a knack for staying ahead of trends.
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in FMCG or beauty.
