Antoine arrives at work and has his coffee before going back up to his office to start his day. His phone rings and it's Morgan, who works in the Marketing department in the United States, calling to discuss the current call for tenders. The project is to equip all Retail stores with personalized product printers. At the end of this call, with no time to lose, Antoine rejoins his team to meet with a new supplier and discuss a possible collaboration on another innovative project.

What are the missions ? 


Support the lead buyer on marketing and digital purchasing scope for the Professional products division (L’Oreal Pro, Kerastase, Shu Uemura).



  • Support buyer with the consolidation of spend analysis, performance, and other transversal missions related to compliance for the whole team. 
  • Conduct call for tenders to support the buyer when necessary. 
  • Ensure tracking of top suppliers - contract / legal documents / dependency analysis for the whole team. 
  • Gather requests from “Procure to Pay tool” Users / Animate key user community.


You are ? 


Master's degree (engineering school / business school / university). 

  • Master's degree (engineering school / business school / university). 
  • Previous experiences in purchasing (marketing purchasing would be highly appreciated). 
  • Confortable with data management & procurrement tools.
  • Proactive and autonomous, customer centric to better understand the business needs. 
  • Pack office 
  • Ability to define priorities 
  • Team work 
  • Good level of english required
