KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

As a Transportation Specialist, you will manage the daily transportation in the Logistics Department to ensure continuity and quality of customer service while optimizing operating costs in accordance with Group policy. 

• Maintaining transportation KPIs and dashboard, providing monthly reports 
• Monitoring of transportation costs and identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising service quality 
• Monthly analysis of cost deviations by direction and unit 
• Verification of payments and validation of transportation costs 
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and transportation documents 
• Enforce transportation rules and ensure all transportation activities comply with local and national laws 
• Update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with transportation regulations 
• Control and registration of return of transportation documents 
• Participate in internal transportation tenders, negotiate and conclude contracts 
• Meetings with suppliers to improve their service

YOUR BACKGROUND: 

• Degree in logistics, operations management, business administration or related field 
• At least 2 years' experience in the transport sector 
• Experience of tendering and contract management 
• Responsibility, attention to detail, high level of accuracy when working with numbers 
• Strong communication skills 
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) 
• Willingness to work in multitasking mode  
• English Upper-intermediate
