Right now we are looking for a dynamic, experienced and innovative Training & Education Manager to shape the future success of education for our dermo cosmetics brands:  La Roche-Posay, Vichy and CeraVe . This is a really exciting role with an opportunity to influence and inspire people as well as working with amazing experts in the field of dermatology and skin science to push the boundaries and deliver on an impactful offline and online education strategy for pharmacies across the Poland and Baltic countries.

Your Responsibilities:

We are looking for Training & Education manager who will be accountable for defining L’oreal LDB education strategy, creating engaging training materials along with educating new and existing clients on skin issues, brand knowledge, science, products, and sales techniques.

• Define & develop the local Education strategy in line with brands activation strategy and global education strategy.
• Lead the digital transformation of  education & trainings  internally and among key customers.
• Deploy the education plan by channel & stakeholder (these programs can include face-to-face, events, digital or in-pharmacy education via trainers).
• Manage development of our digital education platform through activation of      global content and development of      local ones when relevant.
• Train the trainers & Dermo advisors  teams on new modules & new products, engage sales & marketing team around education.
• Take insights from the international education team, local sales & marketing teams and turns them into exciting and engaging courses & materials
• Write and adapt training materials ranging from brand trainings for live face to face seminars & virtual training sessions to express training documents and workbooks.
• Support live streaming for brands social media accounts & e-retailer accounts
• Personally delivers training seminars and live events [ PL ONLY]
• Propose strategic actions : budgets investments, ROI analysis through KPIs.
• Monitor feedback and  track education performance through KPIs.

Other Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years’ work experience in health or beauty industry, preferred solid knowledge of pharmacy channel.
• Educational Background in healthcare  and/or cosmetic science.
• Preferred experience in education: providing & creating seminars, working with trainers.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in successful team      management.
• Strong analytical & synthesis skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong engagement & full commitment.
• Passion for digital.
• MS Office proficiency.
