A Day in the Life

Based in Bratislava, you’ll join our Consumer Products Division (CPD) as Trade Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, commercial teams, and key retailers to bring our vision to life.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Data-Driven Strategies: Analyze sales, market, and promotional data to identify trends and craft trade marketing strategies that boost sales and profitability.
• Retailer Partnerships: Develop and execute impactful retailer programs, ensuring alignment with our marketing vision while managing budgets and achieving commercial targets.
• Market Insights: Provide valuable field intelligence to shape brand-specific activities, create compelling trade presentations, and develop channel-specific strategies.
• Flawless Execution: Optimize processes to ensure seamless in-store execution, precise timing, and effective promotion recommendations.
• Creative POS Materials: Lead the design and execution of eye-catching point-of-sale materials that align with our marketing plans.

We Are Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• A university degree and 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or marketing.
• Advanced Slovak or Czech language skills and fluency in English.
• A proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability, open-mindedness, and a collaborative spirit.
