L'Oréal is excited to announce the second batch of our Career Reconnect Program, a returnship initiative designed to support talented women who have taken a voluntary career break of a minimum of 1 year. This program offers a 6-months (November 2025 – April 2026) paid internship opportunity for individuals looking to reignite their professional journey in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Home-Shelf Revamp: Assist in planning and implementing shelf layout improvements to enhance product visibility and performance.
• Shelf Price Compliance: Monitor and ensure in-store price compliance, acting as the main contact for resolving discrepancies.
• GWP Campaigns: Lead end-to-end management of Gift With Purchase campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and evaluating results.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates who have taken a voluntary career break of a minimum of 1 year.
• Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
• Proficient in English
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and a desire to return to work.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
