A Day in the Life Reporting to the TA CMO, maximize the potential of data, AI and HR tools across all talent acquisition activities to empower recruiters, hiring managers and candidates and amplify the uniqueness and advantage of our human-centric hiring.
- Data-driven TA: Drive data stewardship, define data roadmap and AI readiness, and co-design global analytics. You will run the Global TA Dashboard, Avature operational reporting, and LTI insights while improving data quality and upskilling the global TA community.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Drive the AI transformation for L’Oréal TA (with ATS as the backbone), monitor the market for new solutions, and define measurable outcomes.
- Build & Ship: Translate business needs into product specs, run pilots and UAT, and drive adoption through training and documentation.
- Partnerships & Transversal orchestration: Manage key vendor partnerships (like LinkedIn and ATS provider), orchestrate new tech-related projects and collaborate closely with the entire TA team, strategic markets and HR Tech & Excellence teams.
We Are Looking For
You are an entrepreneurial, product-minded HR technologist who moves quickly and drives end-to-end delivery. We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience implementing and managing TA platforms, with hands-on ownership of ATS deployments, integrations, and user adoption.
- Strong experience managing function-level data: building dashboards, ensuring data quality, excelling in data storytelling and turning metrics into clear, actionable insights.
- The ability to influence across the organization: securing stakeholder buy-in, aligning roadmaps, and translating business needs into product priorities.
- A track record of leading end-to-end projects from discovery and requirements to UAT, launch, and adoption.
- A genuine interest in AI for TA and a practical curiosity to test new features and define use cases.
- Clear and proactive communication skills; you can simplify concepts for non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Finding creative solutions to technical and business challenges.
- Exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, or talent assessment is a plus.
