A Day in the Life
As an E-Commerce Intern, you will be at the heart of our digital growth, supporting our online presence across key platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You will work closely with our E-commerce and Digital Marketing teams to execute innovative strategies that drive sales, build brand love, and enhance our customer experience.
• Campaign & Platform Management: You will help implement promotional campaigns and manage our brand presence on major e-commerce platforms, monitoring performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Social Commerce & Content: You’ll dive into the exciting world of social commerce, helping to build and accelerate our TikTok Shops, brainstorming engaging content, and supporting the creation of live streams and short-form videos.
• Affiliate & Influencer Collaboration: You will assist in identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with affiliate partners and influencers, ensuring activations are aligned with our campaign goals.
• Data & Market Intelligence: You will track campaign performance, analyze data to measure ROI, and keep an eye on competitor strategies and emerging e-commerce trends to provide actionable insights.
Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in the digital world. You are a great fit if you have:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• A strong interest in and understanding of the digital landscape, especially e-commerce and social media platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• An analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers and turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• A creative flair and proactive attitude; experience with content creation or video editing is a significant plus.
