A Day in the Life

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team at the L'Oréal Cairo Plant. You will get hands-on experience in the heart of our Supply Chain, taking ownership of a strategic project focused on Materials Planning and Inbound & Outbound logistics that will have a real impact on our plant's efficiency.

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will:

• Lead a Project: Drive a key project from A to Z, analyzing our current processes and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze & Optimize: Dive into data to understand material flows, manage inventory levels, and propose innovative solutions to improve performance and reduce waste.
• Collaborate Transversally: Work closely with teams across the plant, including Production, Sourcing, Quality, Inbound and Outbound logistics as well as warehouse team to implement your project and ensure smooth operations.
• Present Your Findings: Develop and present your project outcomes and recommendations to the plant's management team, showcasing the impact of your work.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an ambitious and analytical individual who is ready to take on challenges and grow. You are a great fit if you:

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Are a natural problem-solver, with strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Are agile, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic industrial environment.
• Are fluent in both English and Arabic.
