THE MISSION

Within our Global Sourcing organization, we have upcoming movements and are seeking expert leaders in the Marketing Sourcing domain to join our team in different scops. 

  • Manage the Marketing Services expenditures for L'Oréal, with focus areas such as creative content production, advertising agencies, and strategic marketing partnerships.
  • Develop and implement agile, innovative, and responsible sourcing solutions by collaborating with L'Oréal's marketing and digital teams and the best suppliers on the market.
  • Develop strong and targeted partnerships, control expenses, and establish simple and ethical purchasing processes to support our brands' ambitions.
  • Identify and collect business needs, define optimal supplier and agency portfolios, and develop future-proof sourcing strategies. 
  • Lead negotiations, run strategic RFPs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with quality, CSR, and regulatory standards across segments such as Strategic Planning, Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC), Brand Advocacy, Content Production, and CRM.
  • Develop and drive the category strategy for your assigned scope (e.g., Marketing Content, Production, or Agencies), aligning roadmap objectives with key stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Finance, CSR).
  • Bring in-depth market knowledge of the creative, production, and agency industry, with a strong understanding of internal brand needs and how the category can meet them.
  • Upskill Zone and local Sourcing teams.
  • Define strategy, sourcing guidelines, and identify Preferred Partners to build sustainable relationships.
  • Anticipate medium/long-term developments related to new technologies and trends in marketing and content creation.
  • Advise, communicate, and influence decision-makers at all levels of the sourcing process.
  • Contribute to our sustainable commitments roadmap and lead the sustainable transformation of your category (including promoting diversity in production and agency teams).


WHO YOU ARE

Secondly, it will be important for you to have:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in indirect sourcing or Marketing, with strong exposure to advertising agencies, creative services, or content production categories.
  • Strong capability to influence, challenge, and align diverse stakeholders in a creative environment.
  • Proven team player and self-starter with exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills (written and verbal), with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and present results to top management synthetically.
  • Strong orientation toward results, value creation, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and commercial agility.
  • Solid contract risk understanding and sharp negotiation skills.
  • Mandatory English proficiency.
