What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Solutions Optimization Manager. You will play a key role in maximizing the value of our software and technology assets, ensuring strategic and efficient management of licenses and the adoption of Solutions
You’ll be accountable for Solutions Optimization Including:
- Licenses volume definition in collaboration with Solution owners
- Licenses process allocation & monitoring
- Buy Less strategy, including adoption & usage intensity measurement
Your day to day:
- Animating and coordinating Solution inventories (“as is” picture) with all stakeholders: Solution owner IT & Business Stakeholders (Global/Zone/Local)
- Contributing to the definition of an efficient target (“to be” situation): identifying opportunities for consolidation, rationalization, and efficiency.
- Establishing and maintaining regular dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and measure the impact of optimization initiatives
- Working closely with Purchasing / Legal / Finance to prepare negotiations and define savings opportunities.
- Best practice sharing: Promoting best practices in solution management and raising awareness within the IT, Business and Finance communities about the importance of continuous optimization.
- Providing Beauty Tech management and Business Stakeholders with strategic recommendations for optimizing usage, aiming to significantly enhance awareness
- Leading the implementation of processes, governance and tools necessary for software solution optimization, in collaboration with all stakeholders
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
- 8 or more years' experience in the field of IT or in a similar field
- Software environment knowledge: solid Tech environment knowledge to understand licenses mechanisms, counting method, and software usage measurement
- Excellent collaboration, communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Business, Purchasing, Finance, Legal) on a global scale
- Proactivity, organizational skills, rigor, analytical skills.
- A strong service orientation, an ability to lead working groups, and to positively influence.
- Fluent English
- Skills in Business Intelligence are a plus
