You will....
- Define the optimal strategy media mix especially digital touchpoints in each category (media investment)
- Strategize and monitor paid, owned, earned content, ratios, and KPIs
- Work closely with PM to create digital activation/campaign to support NPD or franchise maintenance
- Work closely with TMA and e-commerce team to create campaign/media investment that will support commercial ambition
- Generate buzz that will ensure competitiveness in respective category. strategize advocacy strategy with agency
- Advocacy management (Collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage affiliates, live streaming and also KOLs)
- Work alongside media team to ensure improvements in media efficiency and effectiveness
You have…
- Having 7-9 years working experience as Sr Digital Manager/ Brand Digital in agency/ other FMCG companies
- Confident and comfortable to work with numbers
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in any major from top tier university
- Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Interested on beauty industry
- Has ability to seek new trends in digital
