What you will do:
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions.
- Coach the development team on Agile principles and practices.
- Manage and prioritize the sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Track sprint progress and report on key metrics.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Continuously improve team processes and practices.
- Maintain project documentation within Agile tools (Confluence, ServiceNow).
- Support team meetings by capturing notes, aligning next steps, and ensuring follow-up.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Expert proficiency in Agile tools (Confluence, ServiceNow).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, large team environment.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with Big Data platforms is a plus.
