What you will do: 

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions. 
• Coach the development team on Agile principles and practices. 
• Manage and prioritize the sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner. 
• Track sprint progress and report on key metrics. 
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. 

• Identify and resolve conflicts within the team. 
• Continuously improve team processes and practices. 
• Maintain project documentation within Agile tools (Confluence, ServiceNow). 
• Support team meetings by capturing notes, aligning next steps, and ensuring follow-up. 

What we are looking for:  

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master. 
• Expert proficiency in Agile tools (Confluence, ServiceNow). 
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. 
• Experience working in a fast-paced, large team environment. 
• Analytical thinker and problem solver. 
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle. 
• Experience working with Big Data platforms is a plus.
