A Day in the Life
As a Sales Operations & Finance Reporting Intern in the Professional Products Division (PPD), you’ll play a key role in supporting our commercial and financial operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and data-driven decision-making.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Commercial Reporting
- Daily Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on daily business performance, including promotion performance across channels.
- Category Management: Prepare SKU franchise and category management reports to support strategic decisions.
- System Setup: Manage data setup on platforms like E-form, EDI, and FDR systems.
- Contract Management: Assist in preparing and managing contracts to support business operations.
Finance Reporting
- Monthly Reporting: Update the SISOSIT report and prepare monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting, trend analysis, and forecasting processes.
- SAP Agreements: Create monthly SAP agreements for financial provisions.
- Payment Validation: Validate monthly and quarterly payments from the Commercial Team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Marketing Investment Tracking: Prepare tracking files for marketing investments, identifying risks and opportunities (R&O) proactively.
- Compliance & Process Improvement: Contribute to compliance improvements by reviewing Commercial EDI setup and execution.
