Your Role as a Skin Pro: The Heart of our Boutique As a Skin Pro, you are much more than a Beauty Advisor; you are the face of Kiehl's and the trusted expert for our customers. You are the key person who guides our customers on their journey to healthy and radiant skin. 

What you'll do: 

• Personalized Advice: You provide tailor-made skincare advice, completely aligned with the unique needs of each customer.
• In-depth Analysis: You perform professional skin analyses and create complete product routines.
• Inspiring Demonstrations: You demonstrate our products with flair and explain application techniques, so customers achieve the best results at home.
• Impeccable Boutique: You create a welcoming and inspiring store environment that invites discovery.
• Sales Success: You actively contribute to achieving sales targets with your enthusiasm and expertise.

• You are passionate about skincare and beauty.
• You are authentic, enthusiastic, and deeply customer-focused.
• You are eager to learn and driven to continuously develop and expand your knowledge.
• You are flexible in terms of availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Proven experience in skin, skincare, and retail is a must.
• You are fluent in French and English (required).
