Rewards & Benefits Specialist

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Rewards Projects:
- Manage the implementation of key benefits projects (e.g., new benefit rollouts, auto-enrolment programs, benefits payrolling) driving successful outcomes and process improvements.
- Develop and implement mobility processes in the UK and Ireland, guaranteeing high-quality relocation support for assignees and their families. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Contribute to market analysis and benchmarking activities to ensure L'Oréal's compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices. Assist with the design and implementation of new compensation initiatives.
Benefits:
- Manage the full employee benefits lifecycle, from new hire enrolment and life event changes to offboarding, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing expert guidance on local and international programs.
- Lead the planning and execution of annual and monthly benefit enrolment periods, including developing engaging communication materials.
- Oversee the benefits Purchase Order (PO) process, from creation and tracking to invoice reconciliation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external benefits providers (vendors, insurers, consultants) and internal stakeholders (Payroll, HR, Finance).
- Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to the Benefits Apprentice, fostering their professional development.
Global Mobility:
- Manage the end-to-end international mobility process for inbound and outbound expatriates, collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
- Administer employee files, communicate pay instructions related to relocation benefits, and ensure accurate tax reporting.
- Manage international mobility costs, overseeing the PO process, tracking invoices, and managing the reinvoicing process.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with external mobility providers (relocation agencies, immigration/tax lawyers) and internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Finance, Payroll).
Compensation:
- Support the year-end salary review process, including preparing communication materials, providing administrative and system support, and coordinating timelines.
- Collaborate with Finance to implement and maintain legally compliant procedures for pay, payroll, workforce management, and payments.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and deliver regular reports on key reward program metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of compensation and benefits data within relevant databases, ensuring data quality and reliability.
