Revenue Growth Manager - L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty

A Day in the Life

You will be the strategic driver of commercial success for our top dermatological brands in Ukraine: La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy. Your mission is to develop and implement innovative revenue strategies across pharmacy and e-commerce channels to increase sales and division income.

  • Strategic Analysis & Planning: You will develop action plans for underperforming retailers and brands, manage trading terms, and analyze competitors' activations to maintain our market edge.
  • Performance & Optimization: You will analyze and optimize promotional plans through post-event analysis, evaluating ROI per brand, product, and client to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Tracking & Reporting: You will design and maintain performance dashboards, tracking key RGM initiatives and ensuring pricing is aligned with brand and category strategy.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: You will act as a key partner for Sales, Marketing, and Finance, driving projects independently to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.


We Are Looking For

We are seeking an ambitious and analytical individual with a strong commercial mindset and the confidence to take initiative. You understand the key business drivers that influence sell-in and sell-out performance and have a proven ability to turn data into strategy and strategy into results.

  • You have a solid background in Account Management, Revenue Management, or Category Management.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making: You have highly developed analytical skills, an eye for detail, and accuracy in working with numbers. You can implement automated dashboards to track business KPIs.
  • Commercial & Business Acumen: You understand the actions that influence business performance and profitability, with experience across different channels.
  • Financial Acumen: You are comfortable working with P&L statements and have a strong grasp of financial principles to guide your commercial strategies.
  • Project Management: You excel at working in cross-functional teams and have experience implementing projects independently in a multitask environment.
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in Ukrainian and have an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency in English.
