Develop and execute sales and education strategies to boost retail performance.
Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
Forecast stock, ensure merchandising standards, and maintain retailer relationships.
Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Management, Logistics, Training) to deliver seamless retail experiences.
Oversee retail Beauty Advisors population on recruiting, onboarding and retention plans, monitor the turnover rate.
Track sales, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

You have...
Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
Fluent in English; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to multitask and work cross-functionally.
