A Day in the Life
As our Retail and Education Manager for the Luxe Division, you will lead and inspire our retail teams across Christchurch to deliver outstanding results and unforgettable customer experiences. This fixed-term role, based in Christchurch from April 2026 to May 2027, is a unique chance to make your mark on iconic brands like Lancôme, YSL, Kiehl’s, and Giorgio Armani. The role also requires the ability to travel domestically regularly (Approx 12-15 trips throughout contract) and internationally 1-2 times per year.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership & Coaching: You will lead, coach, and motivate your team of counter and store managers, nurturing their skills and driving performance. You’ll also manage the recruitment and successful integration of new Beauty Advisors.
- Driving Retail Excellence: Through sharp business analysis, you will identify growth opportunities across your doors, taking action to maximize sales and grow our market share. You will ensure stock levels are optimised to meet demand.
- Brand Activation & Partnerships: In collaboration with our retail partners, you will execute exciting promotions and events that elevate our brand image. You'll also work closely with pharmacy owners to build strong relationships and manage wholesale orders.
- Enhancing Customer Experience: You will champion exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction reflects the elegance and refinement of L’Oréal Luxe. This includes monitoring in-store merchandising and quality standards.
