A Day in the Life

Reporting to the National Field & Education Manager, you will be a key driver for our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands in the Christchurch territory. This dynamic, field-based role is a unique blend of commercial management and expert education, where you will act as a trusted partner to pharmacies, empowering them to grow their business and deliver outstanding skincare advice.

  • Drive Sales & Business Excellence: Develop strong partnerships with pharmacy owners to achieve sales targets, secure brand visibility, and advise on best practices in merchandising and category development.
  • Deliver Impactful Education: Build confidence and advocacy by delivering engaging, science-based training to pharmacy teams on our portfolio of dermo-cosmetic brands.
  • Execute Strategic Territory Plans: Utilise data to create and implement effective call cycles and territory plans that drive business priorities and enhance the knowledge of pharmacy staff.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with internal sales and medical teams, represent L'Oréal at key industry events, and foster trusted relationships with all pharmacy stakeholders.

  • Sales, Negotiation & Influencing Skills: A proven ability to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships.
  • Presentation & Training Skills: Excellence in delivering engaging and informative educational content to diverse audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform territory planning and decision-making.
  • Autonomous & Collaborative Spirit: The ability to manage your territory independently while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Dermocosmetic Knowledge: A background in skincare, pharmacy, or beauty is highly valued.
