Skin Tone Management is a strategic category for the group, and an important challenge as we are considering the evolution and diversity of human skin pigmentation. We are inventing solutions that are respectful of the skin and designed to address and prevent hyperpigmentation concerns. Our team’s ambition is to develop truly inclusive solutions, leveraging our specialized expertise in sensoriality and advanced active ingredient formulation. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and open-minded Researcher to embark on this thrilling adventure.

As a researcher, your main responsibilities are :

• Participate in the development of innovative products targeting hyperpigmentation concerns, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficacy and skin respect.
• Implement novel ideas and strategies for the formulation of advanced materials to deliver perceivable and measurable performance but also unique sensorial experience.
• Implement robust quality best practices and conduct thorough risk analysis including industrial scale up feasibility.

• Contribute to intellectual property management.

To succeed in this position, you have : 

• Master/PhD in biochemistry, physicochemistry or chemistry related field.
• Working experience of at least 3 years in the field of cosmetic product formulation.
• Interest to expand capabilities beyond current expertise.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Some experience in research of skin biology, pharmacology, or drug formulation.
• Some experience in data analysis – statistics, design of experiment, algorithms.

• Some experience in academic oral presentation or paper publication or patent filing.
