In the department of Skin Development laboratories collaborate with marketing teams, operational teams to deliver products perfectly adapted to each brand universe, by transforming innovative technologies in a fast and agile matter. We are looking for an entreprenarial skincare developer to onboard on this thrilling adventure!

As a researcher, your main responsibilities are : 

• Help create and ensure the prompt availability of quality products for businesses that are safe and effective, suitable for industrialization, in line with the brand/category innovation strategy

• Deliver products with premium performance and experience for WW/Asia
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, R&I, operational teams) as a project leader to facilitate transformation of innovation

• Ensure launch commitments are met with no compromise on quality, lead times and costs
• Contribute to the strategy of business based on consumer centricity

To succeed in this position, you have : 

• MSc degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics or Biology
• Working experience >2 years in cosmetic industry
• Working experience in skincare product formulation is required
• Previous experience in product development is preferred (not mandatory)
• Good oral and written English communication skill
