In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all. We’re the founding Division for the L’Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.

Here, you’ll be constantly looking to create connections between our brands, professionals, and consumers in every market. Our mission is to always reinvent professional beauty and lead the digital transformation of our industry with a customer-centric approach.

The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair and beauty products.

Thanks to our 6 global like brands Kérastase, Redken, and Pureology, and 3 local brands across the world, we provide professionals and consumers with better safer and more sustainable professional haircare experiences and services.

As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. To create execute and deliver education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues. Reporting to the L’Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager. Working closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service that is associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons. You will be liaising with some of the leading names in the hairdressing industry.

 

You will:

  • Report to the Education Field Manager as part of the offline education team, working closely with the online education team to support the Online and Offline education strategy, to deliver the highest education excellence across all our distributors and direct businesses across region.
  • Take ownership of the education needs for your area and use precise decision making for planning direct education where needed to drive your regional targets and supporting the commercial sell out.
  • Lead, coach and develop a regional freelance education team, to maximise their performance, promoting the highest standard of education delivery across your region.
  • Establish and maintain a hairdressing community, enabling you to grow the brand, allowing you to build a key account base, strong professional relationships and attract new business and talent to our brand focusing on constantly increasing your reach and activities.
  • Track and manage budget expenditure and income for you and your freelance team
  • Foster strong GDPR compliant communication across the whole education network
  • Manage the smooth running of all brand in-salon demonstrations, courses and events on your area.
  • Have a detailed understanding of ACCESS, enabling you to deliver education via the platform and reporting accurately and thoroughly on a weekly basis.
  • Be able to stay away from home when required and be prepared to work the occasional weekend and travel on a Sunday evening.

 You have:

  • A passion and experience in delivering hairdressing education classes, workshops, and presentations both face-to-face and online. Teaching 
     qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Practised as a professional hairdresser and have achieved an education qualification could be an advantage.
  • Confidence in presenting figures and data accuracy from reports and customer feedback.
  • Demonstrable excellent customer service skill when dealing with distributors and individual delegates booking on courses.
  • Experience of GDPR, and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • An understanding of the importance of social media and regular posting.
  •  A full driving license and willing to travel widely as part of the role.
