A Day in the Life

Based in Mexico City and reporting to the P2P Manager, you will drive transactional excellence within our Shared Services Center, playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Procure-to-Pay operations across Mexico.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage end-to-end invoice processing and resolve payment blocks in SAP.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure strict adherence to L'Oréal's internal control standards and financial guidelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot payment discrepancies, proposing corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Procure-to-Pay process.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset and a passion for process excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or Shared Services roles.
• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot payment discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Collaborative team player with high attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
