A Day in the Life

Step onto the factory floor and into the heart of our Operations at the L'Oréal Cairo Plant! This internship offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to work on real-world projects that have a direct impact on our manufacturing performance. You will gain broad exposure across Production, Maintenance, and Process Improvement.

As a Production Intern, you will:

• Boost Line Efficiency: Analyze production line performance (OEE), identify bottlenecks, and lead projects to improve output and streamline operations.
• Optimize Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement strategies that enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Drive Waste Reduction: Investigate sources of waste on the production floor and implement practical solutions to improve our sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Be a Key Project Leader: Take full ownership of a manufacturing improvement project—from initial analysis and solution design to implementation and tracking results.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven individual who is ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced industrial environment. You are a great fit if you:

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Are a natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills who enjoys being on the factory floor.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and can work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Possess strong communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas and findings.
• Are fluent in both English and Arabic.
