A Day in the Life
As a Product Manager for La Roche-Posay, nr. 1 recommended dermobrand by dermatologists and market leader in CZ/SK/HU HUB, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to pioneer health and beauty through dermatological solutions. Reporting to the Brand Business Leader, you’ll lead the brand’s growth across Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product launches and create meaningful consumer connections.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Market & Consumer Expertise: Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to shape business recommendations.
- Product Launches & Growth: Drive new product launches, maintain growth in hero products, and animate the core catalog to strengthen the brand.
- Marketing Mix Strategies: Develop and execute integrated online and offline campaigns to create an engaging consumer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with medical, digital, commercial, and logistics teams, as well as partner agencies, to align on broader business strategies.
- Budget & Forecasting: Manage the PPP budget and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a university degree and have 3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Have background from pharmaceutical companies (advantage).
- Are fluent in English + Czech or Slovak is an advantage.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Are responsible, independent, and innovative in your approach.
- Are eager to grow professionally within a dynamic, regional organization.
