MISSION:

Custodian of the brand’s image (O+O) to increase the brand's visibility across all touchpoints and execute impactful brand campaigns across all touchpoints. Adapt and localize global campaigns, leveraging market expertise and deep understanding of the consumer. Define and execute the annual product plan.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PRODUCT PORTFOLIO STRATEGY

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of hero products and manages product launches from ideation to market including key levers – product proposition, pricing strategy, social advocacy, out-execute O+O...
Analyse product performance and adjust strategies based on market trends & results

2. CONTENT ADAPTATION & ACTIVATION

Tailor global brand campaigns and assets to be locally relevant and optimize content across all touchpoints for a consistent brand experience.
Develop & define targets and strategies, share master assets and design for POS in alignment with CBD.


3. MARKET ANALYSIS & INSIGHTS

Analyse consumer behaviour, competition, and trends to identify opportunities.
Use data-driven insights for marketing strategies and identify growth areas.


4. BRAND ANIMATION & COLLABORATION

Ensure excellence in execution of the brand strategy.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
Oversee local marketing initiatives, aligning them with brand objectives.


5. CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT TOUCH POINT STRATEGY

Define and implement the full 360 mix (O+O) incl. ATL (Media touchpoints in collaboration with CDO team, Social & advocacy...) and BTL Consumers Event & activation
Create and manage product artworks liaising with Zones, DMIs and Legal.
Analyse performance, track ROI and deliver internal buzz for launches (sellout tracking).

7. BUDGET MANAGEMENT 

Plan and track A&P budget allocated to products/franchises


8. KPIs

Market share 
Profitability of the brand (GM% & MM%)
Brand Equity & Awareness


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in Brand Management or Product Management. Direct experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or the Beauty/Cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing "hero products," launching new innovations from ideation to market, and achieving market share growth.
  • Digital & O+O Expertise: Experience in executing 360-degree integrated campaigns with a strong focus on "Online + Offline" (O+O) consumer journeys, including E-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and Social Advocacy (KOL/KOC management).
